Nancy Mohler, Certified Yoga Therapist, develops patient and caregiver wellness practices for health care organizations and serves private yoga therapy clients in greater Los Angeles.

A yoga student since 1988, Nancy uses humor, authenticity and calmness to make yoga practice enjoyable and safe. Her yoga instruction supports pain-free movement coordinated with relaxing breath-work. She is sensitive to offering modifications for students who have limited range of motion, physical limitations or lowered energy.

She understands life with a back injury as that's what brought her to yoga originally, with thanks to Anne Sotelo's physical therapy. Misty Carey sparked curiosity to learn more. Chris Bannister identified the Vinyasa Krama approach. Ramaswami suggested teaching to learn. Larry Payne put Western language around yoga therapy. Students at the VA gave proof. Thanks to all.

Nancy is teaching now only at the VA and private clients
